I have found over the years that is important to think. Not necessarily all the time, because that can get to be a bit much for those that don't think a lot. So in order not to annoy people I think about 30% of the time. I have found this to be the common amount of thinking any person really does. Most of the people I work with, think more than 30% of the time. They really are pushing it.

Y Blog?

I blog to tell people about myself. I think it's important for people to really know you. People don't really know you until they read about your deep thoughts and inner feelings about life. I need people to know all about me. People just don't know you until they've read your blog. These aren't the conversations one has at the office or at bike camp.
